At Lindgården, we now need to strengthen and expand our team with additional assistant nurses who can make the daily life of care recipients special and valuable!

Every other weekend, day and evening shifts.

An average of 8 evenings per 4 weeks.

Working hours start as early as 06:30 and end as late as 22:00.

Job Responsibilities

To provide care and service according to the decision of assistance and the implementation plan, with the user's needs at the center, respecting the user's integrity, participation, and self-determination. The tasks also include IT-based documentation and administration, as well as delegated health and medical care tasks.

Qualifications

Healthcare and social care program or other education that provides assistant nurse competence, as well as good computer skills. The position requires good teamwork skills, flexibility, and independence. Great importance is attached to personal suitability. Delegation of medication.

We consider it meritorious if you have some form of specialist education, for example within dementia care, palliative care, or care and assistance for the elderly.

Conditions

From July 1, 2023, "assistant nurse" is a protected professional title, and one must apply for a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare to use the title.

You must have approved grades in spoken and written Swedish.

A extract from the police criminal record must be presented before an offer of employment.
