Both roles operate in the interface between operations and IT, focusing on driving development that creates clear value, strengthens the whole, and contributes to long-term, well-founded digital decisions. Your responsibilities

As a development manager with a focus on digitalization, you will be a key force in the municipality's digital development. Together with departments and companies, you will capture needs, analyze challenges, and translate them into initiatives that simplify daily life, streamline working methods, and create value for operations and residents.

You are the strategic link between operations and IT, supporting prioritization, business cases, and implementation together with IT services. The work is based on the municipality's five main tracks for digital development: digital competence, digital innovation, digital security, digital infrastructure, and digital leadership.

The role involves leading dialogues and workshops, providing methodological support, and, if necessary, driving initiatives from idea to implementation. You track benefits and effects and contribute to ensuring that the development aligns with local, regional, and national projects and processes. The responsibilities also include project management as well as analysis and preliminary study work.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university degree in areas such as IT or informatics, or alternatively, experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have good knowledge of English and at least two years of experience in similar work.

What we offer you

You have 25 days of vacation until the age of 39, 31 days from age 40, and 32 days from age 50. Other information

During the holiday period, we will respond with lower frequency, which may mean slightly longer response times to any questions during the summer. We return in week 33 and answer questions thereafter.

If you proceed, you will be asked to complete tests, followed by a phone check-in, a competency-based interview planned for week 35, and finally, a potential candidate meeting. We always take references from the final candidate.
