Do you want to work close to the development, production, and maintenance of advanced air defense systems? In this role, you will become a key person in item master data and product data in a technically complex and regulated environment where quality, traceability, and configuration management are crucial throughout the entire product lifecycle.

You support the project operations with structure and precision in product information and collaborate closely with design, system engineers, ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), production, and configuration management. The role suits you who want to combine detailed focus with a holistic perspective and contribute to systems where the right data makes a real difference.

• You create and maintain item registers for technically complex products.
• You build and manage product structures and bills of material (BOM).
• You drive revision and change management with a focus on quality and traceability.
• You ensure correct product data for spare parts lists, maintenance planning, configuration management, and documentation structures.
• You handle material, environmental, and export-related information in relevant systems and processes.
• You participate in design reviews from a product data and lifecycle perspective.
• You support the creation of technical publications and maintenance instructions.
• You collaborate closely with design, ILS, production, and configuration management.

• At least 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in item master data and product data management for technically complex products.
• Experience in creating and maintaining item registers.
• Experience with product structures and bills of material (BOM).
• Experience with revision and change management.
• Experience with configuration management.
• Experience with spare parts and maintenance planning.
• Experience with technical documentation.
• Experience in handling material, environmental, and export data.
• Experience working in PLM environments.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience from the defense industry or other regulated operations.
• Experience with Obsolescence Management.
• Experience with Teamcenter.
• Experience with IFS.
• Experience with ERP and PLM integrations.
• Knowledge of ASD S1000D, LSA, LSAR, and S2000M.
• Experience with defense industry standards and document-driven development environments.
