Meta Bytes is looking for an experienced developer for our office in Laholm. The role involves responsibility, freedom, and close collaboration with both clients and several of our development teams.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Develop scalable and secure solutions based on client requirements, together with other talented developers
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Set code and architecture standards
• Develop complex systems based on microservices architecture
• Guide our clients in choosing solutions and technologies, creating value for them through an iterative approach
• Be involved in the entire development process from planning and implementation to deployment and ongoing maintenance

About you

• You have at least two to three years of experience in software development, though your neighbors might think you fix printers and hard drives
• You have previously designed and built secure, robust, and reliable system architectures
• Plus points if you don't mind acting as a DevOps engineer when needed and feel at home in the cloud
• You are happy to take a leading role within the development team
• You have experience with AI tools for development (and are aware of both their advantages and limitations)
• You have good knowledge of Golang, PHP, or .NET (experience with other high-level languages is seen as the cherry on top)
• You have a burning interest in technology and system development and are happy to share your hobby projects, such as home automation of your waffle iron
• You see learning and personal development as an essential part of your work
• You have good spoken and written Swedish and English (knowledge of Esperanto, sign language, or thief's cant is a plus)
• You are good at problem-solving, happy to help your colleagues, and contribute to a good atmosphere in your team
