You will step into a technically demanding migration journey where several existing automations need to be moved from UiPath to Microsoft Power Automate, both Desktop and Cloud flows. The environment includes integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, finance, HR, case management, and web portals. The solutions need to be built with high precision, clear documentation, and a structure that works long-term without being dependent on specific individuals. You will work independently in an organization where internal Power Automate competence is limited, and your ability to create structure, stability, and manageable solutions will be crucial. This is a role for you who wants to combine deep RPA competence with real influence over quality, structure, and long-term maintenance.

• You analyze existing UiPath automations and plan how they are best rebuilt in Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows.
• You migrate 6–20 automations of a complex nature and ensure functioning integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, finance, HR, case management, and web portals.
• You build robust flows with thoughtful error handling, retry logic, and orchestration.
• You test and verify each migrated flow against the behavior of the original UiPath solution.
• You produce technical documentation for each flow, including purpose, dependencies, error scenarios, and deployment instructions.
• You recommend environment structure, naming conventions, and setup for ownership and configuration access in the Power Platform environment.
• You hand over the solutions in a way that allows a technical administrator or third party to take over.
• You summarize migration results, remaining risks, and recommendations in a final status report.

• You are fluent in Swedish for dialogue with the business.
• You have at least 3 years of documented experience with Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows.
• You can demonstrate at least one completed assignment where automations have been migrated or rebuilt from another RPA platform, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
• You have documented experience with error handling, retry logic, and orchestration in complex Power Automate flows.
• You have a good understanding of UiPath architecture, including Orchestrator, Studio, and attended/unattended modes, so that you can independently analyze and interpret existing automations.
• You have documented experience automating against Microsoft 365 and SharePoint via Power Automate.
• You have experience with web and portal automation via Power Automate Desktop.
• You have experience automating against at least one business system within finance, HR, or case management.
• You can deliver technical documentation for each migrated flow, including purpose, dependencies, error scenarios, and deployment instructions.
• You perform structured testing and verification of each migrated flow against the behavior of the original UiPath automation.

• Experience from assignments within municipal or other public sector operations.
• Experience with integrations between Power Automate and Agresso/Unit4, Heroma, Platina, W3D3, or similar systems.
• Microsoft certification within Power Platform, such as PL-500, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Power Platform in a broader sense, such as Power Apps and Dataverse.
• Experience delivering in environments without internal recipient competence and adapting delivery and communication accordingly.
