Your Role

As an IT Technician, you will become a central technical resource working both professionally and with a service-oriented mindset. You will be the primary contact for our production departments regarding support cases, improvements, updates, and ongoing maintenance. In addition, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and documentation of our IT solutions.

This role offers a broad and varied assignment focused on our production unit in Laholm. You will be part of our technical team while having support from our global IT organization. You will work closely with the production teams and serve as a key partner in ensuring our IT solutions function optimally and continue to evolve in line with business needs. We are looking for you who want to help strengthen our delivery even further.

Main Responsibilities:

• User support and service to end-users
• Installation and configuration
• Client management
• Participation in IT-related improvement projects and digitization initiatives
• Administration of Active Directory/Entra ID and Microsoft 365
• Documentation
• License management

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role and who is accustomed to IT support, documentation, and working closely with end-users. You work in a structured and proactive manner. You can work independently but also collaborate, lead, and communicate clearly and constructively.

You have good experience with:

• IT support in industrial operations
• Windows clients
• AD administration
• Microsoft 365

Desirable skills:

• Network administration and troubleshooting
• Server and application operations
• IT security
• Azure
• PowerShell and automation
• MS SQL administration
• Relevant certifications and education are meritorious
