Receptionist at Möllstrands Driving School

We are now looking for a driven, self-reliant, and responsible person who wants to take a central role in our driving school. Here, you will have the opportunity to work close to the operations, influence development, and be a key person in the daily running of the business.

About the role

As a Receptionist, you will have a very important function in the company. You are the face of the company towards our customers while also having overall responsibility for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

You will also:

  • Plan training courses and schedules
  • Be involved in structuring and developing the entire operation
  • Make your own decisions in daily work
  • This is a role where you grow together with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Receive customers at the reception and provide professional service
  • Handle bookings, schedules, and student registers
  • Answer emails and phone calls (in Swedish and English)
  • Actively work on selling driving lessons and packages
  • Plan training and contribute to business development
  • Manage and develop our social media
  • Ensure the premises are in order and presentable
  • Cleaning and daily maintenance of the premises
  • Prepare coffee and create a pleasant environment
  • Wash and prepare cars for driving lessons
  • Pick up and drop off cars at the workshop
  • Act as a support person for the management

We are looking for you who:

  • Are self-reliant and take initiative
  • Have a strong sense of service and responsibility

  • Are solution-oriented and stress-resistant
  • Enjoy a fast pace
  • Have the ability to plan and structure

Requirements

  • Category B driver's license
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Very good knowledge of English (speech and writing)
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or similar work
  • Good computer skills
