About the assignment
We are currently seeking consultants for our client for an immediate part-time assignment running from September 1st to December 31st, with the possibility of extension. The employment is on an as-needed basis, and we are looking for someone available for at least 12–16 hours per week. These working hours are distributed across approximately 3–4 shifts of 4 hours each, with working times 08:00–12:00 or 12:30–16:30. Opportunities for additional hours are available.
The work is performed on-site at the premises in Östersund.
Before starting, you are required to complete a short training course over a few full days. A background check (police certificate) will also be conducted prior to start and must be approved.
Your responsibilities
We are looking for case handlers as the number of cases in our client's customer service email inbox has increased. In this role, you will manage the email inbox and, among other things, sort and distribute various cases to the organization's internal systems.
Your qualifications
- Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
- Previous work experience in similar roles
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite
