The Employment Market Unit (AME) works to support people who are unemployed for various reasons and in need of supportive measures to achieve employment. AME is also responsible for the reception/settlement of newly arrived immigrants, holiday internship positions, and the municipal activity responsibility (KAA).

DUTIES
To the Employment Market Unit, we are now looking for an employment market coordinator with the overarching task of supporting individuals to self-sufficiency in an individual-based manner. We are now facing an exciting development where the new Social Services Act and the activity requirement reform place higher demands on quality, coordination, and individual adaptation, and we are looking for you who want to participate in this development work.
Through motivational conversations and support in rehabilitative and integrative activities, you support the individual in the process of reaching work or studies with the goal of shortening and preventing long-term exclusion and/or social assistance.
As an employment market coordinator, you collaborate internally with the Individual and Family Care and employers; externally, the work may involve cooperation with the Swedish Public Employment Service, the region, educational providers, and companies. The work requires a developed ability to collaborate as well as independence, where you are an important link in a chain of different measures.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have an education and/or work experience that the employer deems suitable, preferably with a focus on social work. Meritorious is experience in guiding and motivating people in change as well as experience of authority cooperation. You have a good ability to work, both in a team and independently, in a structured approach towards goals. You are clear and receptive with the ability to create good relationships in your work. You communicate well in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Good computer skills and a B-driver's license are required for this position.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, Start date: Start date by agreement.
