ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Inre Kraft are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in central Älvsbyn. We are currently seeking temporary staff.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends as follows:

  • 08:00–16:00
  • 16:00–22:00
  • Weekends 08:00–21:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would be happy if you could start your introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 60s with an interest in books, being outdoors, watching TV, solving crosswords, going out to eat, or taking trips. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has MS.

The duties include:

  • Support in daily routines, including cooking and grocery shopping
  • Help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing
  • Mobility assistance using a wheelchair and medication administration
  • Handling of assistive devices such as catheters, wheelchairs, and electric wheelchairs

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are a non-smoker – the client cannot tolerate smoke.

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant
  • Authorization to administer medication

Employment level: Temporary staff as needed.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
