ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in Boden. We are currently looking for two assistants who want to work as casual hourly staff.

You do not need to be available for all shifts; you will work based on an agreement.

The working hours are as follows:

  • 08:00-16:00

  • 16:00-22:00

  • 08:00-22:00

  • 08:00-08:00

  • 20:00-08:00

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a positive and cheerful person who enjoys going for walks, listening to music, and relaxing at home. Most of your working time will be spent with the client at home, but you will go out for a short while every day, for example, on walks.

The tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores

  • Help with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals

  • Medication

The client uses mobility aids.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

MERITS

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant

  • Previous care experience

  • Driver's license and access to a car is an advantage but not a requirement, as bus schedules do not always match working hours.

Employment level: Casual hourly staff

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

To be employed by us at Inre Kraft, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting an employment with us is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID document and/or submit a certificate of personal details (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
