We are looking for experienced assistants with a focus on low-arousal approach

About the Client:
We are looking for a cheerful and active young man who enjoys being outdoors. He loves walks, cycling, swimming, and other active activities. He also has a strong interest in video games, gaming in general, and tech gadgets.

Personal Qualities and Experience:
We are looking for someone who is calm, has a strong work ethic, is responsible, active, and engaged. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the low-arousal approach, managing epileptic seizures, and being solution-oriented and creative.

Communication is very important in this role, so you must speak fluent Swedish. Since the client chooses their assistants, we place great emphasis on personality.

About the Employment:
The work takes place during the day, evenings/nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work based on a fixed schedule but will also have the opportunity to step in with short notice in case of sick leave. You will be part of a secure, loyal, and present team.

Note: You should be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing.
