About the role

As an administrator with us, you will have a varied role where you are a key support for both the business and your colleagues. You will work with financial and payroll administration while maintaining daily contact with our installers, department managers, and other employees. No two days are alike – and that is exactly what makes the job so enjoyable.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will work with tasks such as:

• Invoicing and customer accounts receivable
• Handling supplier invoices
• Registering work orders
• Payroll administration
• Financial follow-up
• Monitoring customer receivables and payments
• Supporting the business with financial matters

 Who are you?

We are looking for you who have an education in economics and experience in financial, personnel, and payroll administration.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with the financial system Agresso
• Experience from the installation or construction industry

We also expect you to have good computer skills.
