Next Bemanning is now looking for a Meeting Booker for a part-time position with our client. The role is fully remote and suits you if you are studying, have another part-time job, or are looking for a flexible side hustle where you can work from home.

As a Meeting Booker, you play a key role in the client's sales process. Your main responsibility is to contact companies via phone, make a positive first impression, and schedule meetings for the sales department. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with people, is goal-oriented, and is motivated by achieving results.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Contacting companies via phone and presenting the client's services
• Scheduling meetings for the company's sales representatives
• Following up on previous contacts and reconnecting with potential clients
• Logging calls and updating information in the CRM system
• Contributing to professional customer service and a positive client experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Communicative and service-oriented
• Comfortable using the phone as a primary work tool

Previous experience in meeting booking, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not a requirement. We place great emphasis on your personality, attitude, and willingness to develop.
