We are now looking for a driven Deputy Store Manager for our upcoming Autostore store in Jönköping – our largest store in Sweden to date – opening in Q4 2026. Start date: September 1st.

We would prefer that you have previous experience within retail.

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will drive the store together with the Store Manager and be part of the daily decision-making process. You will be responsible for the store's performance and the team of employees.

  • Store sales and other key performance indicators
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Training and motivating employees
  • Planning and optimizing operations

This role is a good fit for you if you:

  • Are good at maintaining overview and are focused in your efforts
  • Are not afraid to take on and participate in the store's daily tasks

You will receive thorough training so that you are well-prepared for the role. Afterward, you will have ongoing opportunities to discuss ideas and solutions with the responsible district manager.

Your profile:

  • You have experience in store management, sales, and service
  • You understand customer needs
  • You are ambitious and focused
  • You are confident and clear in your leadership
  • You are outgoing and enjoy interacting with others

As a Deputy Store Manager in one of the major chains in Danish, Norwegian, and Swedish retail, you will join a team of engaged colleagues with an informal tone, where everyone works towards common goals.
