About the Client Company

We are currently looking for an employee for our client just outside of Borås. Here, you will become part of the production team, working with machinery, contributing to a smooth production flow, and developing alongside experienced colleagues.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you work close to production and are responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment function correctly. You will have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest come into play. Your tasks may include, among other things: • Operating, monitoring, and setting up production machines. • Adjusting machines and resolving minor operational disruptions. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Working hours: 2-shift system, full-time 100%. Location: Just outside Borås. Start date: According to agreement.

Background and Personal Qualities

We do not care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, meticulous, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. These are key requirements for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machinery • Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) • Valid driver's license Merits: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You have been tinkering with machines since childhood, whether at home, in the garage, or at work • Ability to read drawings and handle measuring instruments We are looking for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, takes responsibility for their work, and ensures jobs are done thoroughly. You have an eye for detail, like keeping things organized, and can handle both group collaboration and independent work when needed. Contributing to a friendly atmosphere is important here!
