About the Role

In the role of Senior Vehicle Assembler for our client in the automotive industry, you will work on advanced mechanical tasks related to the assembly, adjustment, and adaptation of heavy vehicles. The work includes, among other things, assembling components such as cranes, flatbeds, and snow chains, as well as mechanical adjustments to ensure that the vehicles meet high requirements for functionality, quality, and operational reliability.

You are expected to take significant personal responsibility in your daily work and contribute your experience to more complex tasks. The role also involves acting as a support to colleagues in the team and contributing to a more efficient and quality-conscious way of working. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other functions within the business, while you also have the ability to work independently.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment. The work will be scheduled for evening shifts after the summer, but training and induction will take place during daytime starting immediately.

About You

We are looking for you who have substantial and documented experience in mechanical work within the vehicle or industrial sector and who thrive in a role where you get to work practically with advanced assembly. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have a structured approach to work. Furthermore, you are a team player who collaborates well with others, while also being self-reliant and taking responsibility for your tasks.

You have a technical interest and a good understanding of how different components interact in heavy vehicles. Your employment history, experience, and willingness to contribute to the team are crucial in this role, and great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Requirements for the Position

• Extensive experience in working as a vehicle assembler or mechanic.
• Good proficiency with machinery and tools.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Category C driving license.
• High school grades in mathematics and English are highly meritorious.
