Welder at Råda Industries
Råda Industries ABVästra Götalands län, Härryda
Previous experience is desired
Do you want to be part of our growth journey? At Råda Industries, we are in the midst of an exciting journey where we continue to develop our production and strengthen our offer to customers. Therefore, we now want to become even more knowledgeable colleagues.
We are currently looking for a careful, responsible, and solution-oriented welder who wants to become part of our team. Here, you will have a significant role in production, a good working environment in newly renovated premises, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to develop together with a growing company.
We work with small series and custom-made orders, which makes the work varied and gives you the opportunity to develop continuously. As a welder, you become an important part of production, working from manufacturing documents and instructions linked to production orders. Here, we work in a structured and process-driven manner, with quality, precision, and documentation as natural parts of everyday life.
You will weld in different materials, including structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. The work covers different sizes and thicknesses, often with a focus on smaller and medium-sized details. This means the role suits you who enjoy varied work where precision, responsibility, and professional pride are important.
Here, welding is an important part of a larger production flow. What you do affects the next step in the process and the final result for the customer. Therefore, it is important that you can work carefully, follow instructions, and simultaneously think in a solution-oriented manner when conditions vary.
We work with TIG, MIG, and MAG, and you need to have knowledge in all three welding methods. You also need to be confident in reading manufacturing documents and have an understanding that the work is carried out according to given processes and requirements.
Reporting and work related to production orders take place in our business system, Monitor.
About You
We believe you thrive in a practical and structured production environment where quality, responsibility, and precision are important. You have previous welding experience and feel confident in your professional role, while also being curious to continue developing.
As a person, you have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and take great responsibility for your work. You are cooperative, careful, and like to see solutions when others see problems.
To thrive here, you need to appreciate a way of working where we follow instructions, work based on production orders, and keep order with both quality and documentation. You like to understand how things fit together and have the ability to work structured even when tasks vary.
A large part of the workday involves reading drawings, understanding manufacturing documents, and translating this into carefully executed work in production. Therefore, it is important that you have good knowledge of reading drawings and a technical interest in welding and manufacturing processes.
We are a company where everyone needs to help each other. This requires you to be unpretentious, flexible, and not afraid to try new tasks when needed. To thrive here, you also need to be a team player who contributes to both the work group and the whole.
Most importantly, we value that you have the right attitude, are responsible, and have the ability to deliver quality in a production where every detail counts.
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, how you function in the team, and your willingness to develop together with us.
