Driven Technician for Nödinge Däck – A Varied Role with Administrative Duties

Nödinge Däck is a tire workshop serving both private individuals and businesses. We are part of the Citira Group, which in Sweden includes several subsidiaries within tire service and retreading. We offer sustainable solutions for tire management.

About the Role

As a technician with us, you will play a key role in our operations. You will be responsible for mounting and changing tires and rims on a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars to trucks. The role combines practical workshop work with customer contact and administrative tasks that relieve the site manager in daily operations.

In addition to tire service, you will assist with customer reception, handling simpler invoice and customer inquiries, administration related to occupational health and safety, and other administrative tasks. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has an interest in systems, administration, and order and routine, while the foundation remains tire and workshop work.

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who is a team player with a high sense of service. You enjoy being the face of the company and always ensure that the customer leaves satisfied. You have a positive attitude, are accustomed to taking initiative, and keep your cool even during high season when the pace is fast.

• Have experience with tire mounting and enjoy working with different types of vehicles.
• Have an interest in administration, customer service, and digital systems.
• Can handle customer reception and simpler administrative tasks in a structured manner.
• Are a flexible problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B is required). Category C is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of truck tires is an advantage but not a requirement.
