At Töreboda Mekaniska, you are offered a varied role as a CNC Operator where you work in production and gradually grow into greater responsibility. Here, practical machine work is combined with technical development and the opportunity to follow the part all the way from drawing to finished product.

About the role

In the role of CNC Operator at Töreboda Mekaniska, you will work with the entire CNC process – from programming and setup to production, quality control, and finished parts. Here you follow the work from start to finish and play a key role in ensuring high quality throughout the manufacturing process.

You will primarily work with CNC turning in Traub machines.

Initially, you are responsible for the daily operation of the machines, where you monitor production, measure and check parts, and perform grading as needed. As you settle into the role, you will gradually develop and learn more advanced tasks such as programming, setup, changeover, and machine run-in, with the goal of independently managing the entire manufacturing process, from drawing to finished product.

In addition to working at the machines, other production-related tasks may occur, such as washing parts, control counting, packaging of finished articles, and other common moments in production. If you have a forklift license, you may also work with loading incoming and outgoing goods.

Working hours are during the day, Monday-Friday.

You are offered employment at Töreboda Mekaniska starting immediately or as agreed.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a workshop education or equivalent work experience in working with the entire CNC process, including turning, reading drawings, and handling measuring instruments.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are an engaged person who thrives in the role of CNC Operator. You like freedom under responsibility, are orderly, flexible, as well as positive and goal-oriented. It is important that you can collaborate with your colleagues but that you also enjoy performing certain tasks individually.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and have good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have worked in the business system Monitor, have a driver's license, and a forklift license.

About Töreboda Mekaniska

Töreboda Mekaniska is part of a smaller group together with Strängnäs Mekaniska, where we have close cooperation with daily contact.

The company was founded in 2009. In early 2014, the company moved to larger premises, where we are located today. In the autumn of 2019, the company was sold to the current owner, who intends to grow gradually.

We are a specialized contract manufacturer (contract manufacturing) in turning; we therefore have no own products, but manufacture based on customers' needs. The machine park is intended for series production, ranging from 100 pieces up to 10-20,000 articles per order.
