About the role:

As a Laser Operator, you will work with cutting processing in thin sheet metal, where precision, flow, and quality are in focus. You are responsible for operating and monitoring laser cutting in modern machines and ensuring that production runs efficiently according to planned orders. There is a clear ambition to continue developing the machine park.

The work involves setup, operation, and simpler adjustments in the machine. You will work with recurring details in different batch sizes where accuracy and process thinking are crucial for a good result. The role requires that you can quickly get up to speed with new jobs and work independently in production.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who have experience with laser processing in industry and who thrive in a practical and technically oriented production environment. You are used to working independently, take responsibility for your work, and have an eye for quality and flow in production.

You have a technical interest and thrive in an environment where changes occur and where production develops over time. The right attitude and professional pride are highly valued.

Requirements:

• Experience as a laser operator in industry
• Experience with reading technical drawings
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience with punching machines
• Experience from thin sheet metal processing
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates

Start date: By agreement, likely starting in the autumn.
