About the Role
As an assembler for our client in the automotive industry, you will work on assembling vehicle components with a focus on precision and quality. The role involves practical work where some tasks may be physically demanding, so it is important that you thrive in an active work environment and are comfortable with physical effort when needed.
You will become part of a team where collaboration and continuous improvement are a natural part of everyday life. Ideas and initiatives are valued here, regardless of where they come from in the organization – and you will have the opportunity to influence both working methods and results. For the right person, there are also good opportunities to develop and grow within the company.
The position is full-time and involves a 6-month fixed-term contract where you will work either permanently during day shifts or permanently during evening shifts. The expected start date is between week 34 and 41. Interviews are conducted continuously throughout the summer and autumn.
A typical day in the role of an assembler
You start your shift together with the team, where you review the day's goals and follow up on yesterday's results. The team leader distributes the work and checks if there are new improvement proposals to test. During the day, you assemble vehicle components at a steady pace, focusing on quality and precision. The work is varied and alternates between different tasks. If something can be done better, easier, or smarter, you raise it – and often you test new solutions directly within the team.
It is a workplace where people ask, help, and learn from each other. When the day is over, you know what you have achieved, together.
About You
We are looking for you who are an engaged and responsible team player who thrives in an environment where people help each other. You are meticulous in your work and have the ability to work at a good pace without compromising on quality. You appreciate working with others and contribute to an inclusive work environment where different perspectives are seen as a strength. We especially welcome those who want to develop within the industry – whether you have extensive experience or are at the beginning of your career journey.
It is important that you speak and write Swedish fluently. Previous experience as an assembler or similar is advantageous, but your attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. If you are also flexible, punctual, and enjoy social settings, you will fit very well into the role. At Adecco, we value equality and diversity and actively work for an inclusive labor market. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds and experiences, placing great emphasis on personal suitability.
A background check will be conducted on all final candidates in the recruitment process.
