About the Role

As an operator at Hellbergs, you are a vital part of our door manufacturing in Mellerud. The position is general and covers all work within the factory's door production. You report to the Production Manager, and the role requires close and daily collaboration both within your own department, with other departments, and externally.

In your daily work, you perform quality control and self-inspection, and report work and deviations in our system. You collaborate with other departments for the benefit of the whole, maintain good order and cleanliness at the workplace, and contribute to improvements in processes and your own work environment. You always follow the safety and environmental regulations for the work area.

Hellbergs and our customers place high demands on competence regarding doors and their properties. Therefore, you will undergo a thorough introduction to our door world through training and practice within the company. In addition to the general responsibilities outlined above and the requirements specified in the competency section, you are expected to follow the company's code of conduct.

Your Competencies

We are looking for someone who enjoys working carefully and systematically, thrives with routine tasks, and likes practical work in a manufacturing environment. You are a positive team player who takes responsibility for your work and contributes to order, quality, and safety at the workplace.

Experience in production or industrial work is advantageous but not a requirement. You are eager to learn everything about steel doors, classifications, and the manufacturing process. If you have experience from the construction industry, we see this as a big plus. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as basic computer skills, as work is reported in our system.
