Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you will work with machining of parts in CNC-controlled machines. Depending on your experience, you will work with bed milling machines or multi-operation machines, both 3-axis and 5-axis. The tasks include rigging, tool changes, setting, measuring, quality control, and ongoing monitoring of the machining process. You work from drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation to ensure that the parts meet high demands for quality and precision. Since the operations are project-based, the workload varies between different departments. During periods when capacity in machine machining is lower, you may have the opportunity to support other parts of production with related tasks. We see this as a natural part of good collaboration where everyone contributes to efficient operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience with CNC machining and a genuine interest in manufacturing and technology. You are used to working carefully, have an eye for detail, and take responsibility for ensuring the work is performed with high quality. We believe you have:

• Experience with CNC milling in bed milling machines and/or multi-operation machines.
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and measuring techniques.
• Experience with rigging, setting, and tool handling.
• Ability to work independently while enjoying teamwork.
• A quality-conscious and solution-oriented approach to work.

Merits:

• Knowledge in one or more CAM systems.
• Experience with single-piece and small batch production.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certificates.
