Job Responsibilities

You will work practically with machinery, tools, and equipment. This is a technical role where you will both think and do.

• Operate and monitor machinery in operation
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot as needed
• Refill materials, perform control measurements, and document
• Maintain orderliness of tools, equipment, and workspace

Working hours are scheduled for shift work, but daytime hours may also occur. The location is just outside Borås.

Background and Personal Qualities

We do not care about fancy titles; what matters is that you are handy, detail-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Here is what we consider important for the role:

Requirements:

• Experience with tools and machinery
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Experience in workshops, automotive, agricultural machinery, or maintenance
• Have been "tinkering" since childhood – at home, in the garage, or at work
• Can read technical drawings and handle measuring instruments
