In the summer of 2025, we underwent a new ownership structure and completed an exciting reorganization to take the next step!

Frästech AB is a young and expanding company offering services in asphalt milling and sweeping. We have our own workshop with mechanics responsible for the service and maintenance of our modern fleet of machinery. Our base is located in Gunnilse, where we also provide accommodation for staff.

The operations are most intensive between March and October and are primarily conducted in western Sweden. Frästech is part of Eleda Group – a strong and growing player in the infrastructure industry.

We are now looking for milling technicians who want to be part of our growing team!

As a milling technician with us, you will work with asphalt milling in various types of projects – ranging from smaller assignments to larger contracts. You are responsible for operating the machinery safely, efficiently, and precisely, contributing to delivering the highest quality to our customers.

You will work closely with field colleagues, workshop staff, and site management – and together you ensure that production runs smoothly.

• Operate and manage asphalt milling machines of various sizes
• Perform daily inspections, basic service, and maintenance of machinery
• Work in a team together with sweepers, trucks, and other production staff
• Contribute to planning and efficient execution of projects
• Ensure high quality, precision, and safety in work
• Represent Frästech professionally at customer sites

• Has several years of experience in asphalt milling or similar construction work
• Has good technical understanding and a feel for machinery
• Holds a CE driver's license
• Holds an operator's license for wheel loaders
• Has APV level 1 and 2 (or is willing to upgrade these through us)
• Is responsible, solution-oriented, and enjoys working in a team
• Wants to develop in your professional role and is happy to share your experience with colleagues
