About the role

We are now looking for experienced CNC operators for a modern and highly automated manufacturing environment in Lidköping. Here you will work with machining in a business where quality, precision, and efficient production are at the center. Our client is looking for someone who wants to work with them long-term. The assignment is initially a temporary hire through Ikett with very good opportunities for transition to the client after 6 months. About the role: As a CNC operator, you work with turning in a production that largely consists of recurring parts in smaller series. The work involves setting up, rigging, and running CNC machines, as well as changing and adjusting programs and tools as needed. You are responsible for measurement, quality control, and ensuring stable operation of your machines. The production is organized into cells where operators often run several machines simultaneously. You work in an environment where changeovers can occur frequently, and you need to be confident in quickly getting up to speed with new runs and parts. Your profile: We are looking for you who have experience with CNC machining, primarily turning, and who are accustomed to working independently in industrial production. You have a good understanding of reading drawings, measurement, and machine rigging. Programming experience is meritorious. Requirements: • Experience with CNC turning • Proficient in reading drawings and measurement • Overhead crane license (Traverskort) • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious qualifications: • Experience with machine cells • Programming experience with CNC • Forklift license (gantry/overhead crane) Working hours: 3-shift or permanent night shift Start date: According to agreement The assignment is initially a temporary hire through Ikett with very good opportunities for transition to the client after 6 months.
