About the role

We are now looking for a Machine Operator for a company in Ulricehamn that manufactures products within drainage systems and cable pipes. Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator, you will have an important role in the production. You will be responsible for monitoring and operating the machines, ensuring that production runs according to plan and that the products maintain the correct quality. The work also involves performing quality checks, handling materials, and contributing to creating a safe and efficient workplace. You will work closely with your colleagues and become part of a tight-knit team where collaboration and responsibility are a natural part of everyday life.

The position involves working in two shifts, so it is important that you can work both day and evening shifts. Day shifts are scheduled Monday to Thursday between 05:45 and 14:00, and Friday between 05:45 and 15:45. Evening shifts are scheduled Monday to Thursday between 13:45 and 22:00. The start date for the position is Monday of week 32, and there is no possibility to start earlier or later.

Profile & Background

We are looking for you who are driven, engaged, and have a positive attitude towards work. You enjoy taking initiative, are meticulous in your approach, and have a desire to develop together with the company. To succeed in the role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as work instructions, safety routines, and documentation are conducted in Swedish.

We would prefer that you have prior experience from industrial or production work, but the most important factors are your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. The company offers a long-term position in a business with good cohesion and the opportunity to grow into the role over time.
