Due to resignations, we are now looking for a person for our beef slaughter line.

Skövde Slakteri AB works exclusively with Swedish meat – mostly locally produced – in our state-of-the-art facility in Skövde. Here, we have total control over the entire production chain from slaughter to packaging – a prerequisite for the high quality that is our hallmark. Quality requirements dictate our actions in everything from animal husbandry and transport to hygiene and follow-up controls in production.

We are now looking for a summer substitute for production in Skövde, offering a position involving cleaning of carcasses on our beef line.

This is for you if you are over 18 years old and have the physical capacity for demanding work. The work can start immediately and runs until week 33.

Preferred experience and qualifications:

• Experience in slaughtering, butchery, or packaging within food production.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Stress-resistant and flexible with tasks.

Personal qualities:

We are looking for engaged and reliable individuals who have a passion for food production. You should be meticulous, efficient, and have good teamwork skills. The ability to follow safety and hygiene directives is crucial.
