Currently, our surface ship operations are looking for a Project Planner – preferably with a crystal ball to predict the future and a desire to make a difference. Your Role

The Project Planner is one of the key roles in the project and largely determines how well we succeed in preparing, securing resources, steering, and monitoring the project's progress. As a Project Planner, you are responsible for actively driving the development of the project's time and resource plans, ensuring that the different parts of the plans are integrated into a cohesive whole, and that the plans are visualized and presented clearly.

A main task will be to analyze the plans to provide project managers and the management group with relevant information and strategic decision-making support. You are the project's main contact regarding planning issues, and the role requires a very active, close, and non-hierarchical collaboration with all disciplines within the company. You also actively contribute to developing and improving our planning process and methodology.

Your Profile

The role of Project Planner requires a person who is driven, goal-oriented, and responsible. You are meticulous with a structured approach to work and experienced in analyzing and handling time and resource plans. You interact easily and facilitate dialogue between different disciplines such as project managers, line managers, foremen, and other stakeholders. You have the capacity to see the big picture as well as to delve into details when necessary.

Professional knowledge and experience in planning work, coordination, and/or project management are required.

You must have good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English.

The position is located in Karlskrona.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the currently applicable regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
