We have built our business on project management. For us, it is not a support function; it is our core business.

We work with qualified projects in both the private and public sectors and have a full project portfolio. Therefore, we are looking for engaged project managers who want to develop Frank together with us. We also offer roles such as design managers, construction managers, environmental coordinators, installation managers, and installation coordinators.

Our corporate language is Swedish, and we operate in the Stockholm area. We are not looking for subcontractors for this role.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Lead and manage construction projects throughout or part of the process.
• Be responsible for schedules, budgets, and follow-up.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct financial and construction meetings and ensure progress in projects.
• Handle financial, construction, and installation technical issues.
• Ensure that projects meet requirements according to laws, agreements, and the client's goals.

A large part of our assignments are security classified, which means that a security clearance check will be conducted in connection with employment.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have relevant post-secondary education in construction or equivalent, and who have experience in project management within the construction and property industry. You preferably have worked on the consultant or client side and are accustomed to driving projects with multiple stakeholders. You understand both the project's and the customer's business and have the ability to make decisions that drive projects in the right direction.
