Project Manager for Gusten Persson Painting

At Gusten Persson Painting, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager who wants to drive our projects from start to finish. We are looking for you if you are structured, business-minded, and thrive when taking responsibility. You have several years of experience in project management within painting, construction, or contracting, and have a good understanding of both economics, planning, and customer relations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager, foreman, or similar role within the painting or construction industry.
• Have good knowledge of contract law and are accustomed to working with AB 04 and ABT 06.
• Are used to planning, leading, and following up on projects with a focus on quality, economics, and schedules.
• Are confident in customer contacts and have an easy time creating long-term relationships.
• Are a natural leader who motivates and supports employees.
• Work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and take initiative.
• Have good computer skills and experience with digital project tools.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluently speak and write Swedish.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the entire project process – from quote and planning to execution and completion. Among other things, you will:

• Lead and plan our contracting and service projects.
• Have personnel responsibility for painters and work crews in your projects.
• Be responsible for the project's economics, calculations, and follow-up.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients, property owners, and collaboration partners.
• Participate in construction meetings and ensure that projects maintain high quality, correct schedules, and budgets.
• Work with procurement, resource planning, and production control.
• Contribute to developing the company's working methods and creating long-term customer relations.

We primarily work with businesses, housing associations, and property owners in Stockholm County. Our assignments range from minor service work to large contracting projects and multi-year framework agreements.
