Business Developer at Bolagsverket – Crime Prevention

We are now looking for a Business Developer who wants to contribute to developing Bolagsverket's crime prevention work. Here, together with other authorities and societal actors, you will have the opportunity to develop working methods, collaboration, and strategies that strengthen crime prevention efforts.

Our Mission

The purpose of Bolagsverket's operations is to provide the prerequisites for a stable and well-functioning business life. By registering and providing current and correct company information, we contribute to increased transparency and security for society's actors. We strive to make it as easy as possible to start and run a business, and contribute in collaboration with others to ensure that companies are not used as instruments for crime.

Responsibilities

You will belong to the unit responsible for analysis and collaboration within Bolagsverket's crime prevention work at a strategic and tactical level. The unit drives and participates in authority-wide assignments, government assignments, and internal development initiatives to strengthen the authority's crime prevention capacity.

As a Business Developer, you will:

  • Collaborate with other authorities to develop common methods, working practices, and regulatory application within the crime prevention field.
  • Participate in and lead external collaboration assignments together with authorities and other actors.
  • Participate in and drive government assignments assigned to Bolagsverket, as well as contribute to government assignments led by other authorities.
  • Participate in and coordinate internal assignments to develop Bolagsverket's crime prevention work, follow up on status, drive the work forward, and collaborate with other units and departments.
  • Work with business development through investigations and analyses that strengthen Bolagsverket's work against economic crime.

You will become part of a group with different specialist competencies where ideas and experiences are shared. You will have the opportunity to contribute, together with engaged colleagues, to developing the authority's crime prevention work while having good opportunities for your own development.

Qualifications

You have strong analytical skills and can see connections in complex information. You feel secure in collaborations and in situations where you need to make professional assessments. You are also curious and have an easy time absorbing new knowledge and adapting to changed conditions both within the authority and in society.

In this role, you must also have:

  • An academic degree in a field relevant to the operations or equivalent knowledge and experience that the employer deems relevant.

And have experience of:

  • Leading assignments or projects for several years.
  • Control activities within an authority or other public operations.
  • External collaboration with authorities, organizations, and business life.
  • Analyzing, structuring, and compiling large amounts of information.
  • Developing working methods and leading change work.
  • Agile working methods.

You must also have good knowledge of Swedish and English and the ability to communicate clearly, pedagogically, and target-group adapted, both orally and in writing, as well as hold Swedish citizenship.

We consider it meritorious if you additionally have experience of:

  • Structured risk management.
  • Working according to changed legal requirements and legal assessments.
