Do you want to work in a role that combines customer contact, administration, and coordination? We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented Customer Service Representative who wants to contribute to a smooth and efficient order process and a first-class customer experience.
Your main responsibilities
- Register and administer orders with high accuracy
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a solution-oriented manner
- Follow up on order status and proactively manage any deviations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Prioritize and plan your work efficiently
- Create and maintain item data and contribute to good product knowledge
- Ensure correct and updated master data for customers
- Update and maintain price lists and handle invoicing
Your profile
- Structured and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Service-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Experienced in working with multiple systems, preferably D365
- Comfortable in a role with many points of contact
- A team player who contributes to a good team spirit
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
