Do you want to work in a role that combines customer contact, administration, and coordination? We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented Customer Service Representative who wants to contribute to a smooth and efficient order process and a first-class customer experience.

Your main responsibilities

  • Register and administer orders with high accuracy
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a solution-oriented manner
  • Follow up on order status and proactively manage any deviations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prioritize and plan your work efficiently
  • Create and maintain item data and contribute to good product knowledge
  • Ensure correct and updated master data for customers
  • Update and maintain price lists and handle invoicing

Your profile

  • Structured and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Service-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Experienced in working with multiple systems, preferably D365
  • Comfortable in a role with many points of contact
  • A team player who contributes to a good team spirit
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
