A central part of the role is to develop teaching so that it promotes joy of movement, health, and well-being, while strengthening students' conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and persistence in learning.

You create inclusive and varied learning environments where all students are given the opportunity to participate based on their prerequisites. Through structured work analyzing student results and progression, you adapt and develop teaching to meet students' needs.

The role also includes promoting good living habits and a conscious approach to diet, health, and sustainable lifestyles. You build good relationships with students and are a clear and present adult who contributes to security, study environment, and an inclusive school environment in line with the school's values.

You will be a mentor to a middle school class, and the mentoring role is shared with a teaching colleague.

You collaborate with colleagues, participate actively in collegial learning, and help drive the school's joint development work forward.

You are structured and have a good ability to plan, implement, and follow up on your teaching in a way that leads to development and high goal achievement. At the same time, you are flexible and can adapt teaching based on students' different needs and prerequisites.

You are positive, solution-focused, and have an inclusive approach. You collaborate well with colleagues, contribute actively to collegial learning, and see the value of developing teaching together with others.
