Resource Person Needed at Stellatus Private School in Karlstad

Stellatus was founded in 2000 and is a private school in Karlstad. We teach from preschool class to grade 6 and have two after-school care departments. The school is located in an inspiring environment that we utilize in our work both at school and during after-school hours. This environment creates a sense of security for the students, their parents, and for us as staff. We work with a focus on health, believing that when students and staff feel well, learning can thrive. We call this approach "Be healthy".
We are now looking for a resource person to work as a support resource in both the school and the after-school care. The ideal candidate should have relevant education, experience in special pedagogy, and experience with low-affective handling (de-escalation techniques). Personal suitability is of great importance to us.
The position is a fixed-term position at 65% with a start date in August or as agreed, until 2027-06-30, with a possible extension. The position will be filled subject to necessary administrative decisions.
