🔧 2 Sheet Metal Workers / Damage Technicians – Bil+ Bodyshop, Enköping

Do you want to be part of the launch of a new and growing bodyshop?

Bil+ has established a modern bodyshop in Enköping with a focus on body and paint damage for trucks, recreational vehicles, and passenger cars – and we are now looking for 2 skilled sheet metal workers to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a sheet metal worker with us, you will work on repairing collision and body damage. You will become an important part of the workshop where quality, precision, and efficiency are key.

Your responsibilities include:

• Straightening and repairing body damage
• Dismantling and assembling body parts
• Welding, frame straightening, and adjustments
• Preparatory work for painting
• Ensuring the work meets high quality standards according to manufacturer guidelines

You will work closely with both colleagues in the workshop and the customer service team to create an efficient and smooth workflow.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience with sheet metal work in vehicle damage repair.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with both passenger cars and heavier vehicles
• Knowledge of frame straightening and modern repair methods
• Experience with insurance claims

Requirements:

• Experience as a sheet metal worker/damage technician
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
