The Department of Social Planning, Culture and Public Health (SKF) is one of the broadest and most diversified departments in the country, comprising seven units (Fire and Rescue Service, Environmental Unit, Planning and Building Unit, Technical Unit, Meals Unit, Culture Unit, and Leisure Unit) as well as an Administrative Board. About the position

Laholm Municipality's Fire and Rescue Service is now looking for an engaged trainer.

As a trainer, you are responsible for:

• Conducting Osbecksgymnasiet's risk and safety profile
• Planning, conducting, and following up on training
• Training in areas such as fire protection, healthcare, CPR, SBA (First Aid), and hot work
• Contributing to the development of our training programs
• Working with both the municipality, companies, and external clients

You also contribute to solving other common tasks within the fire and rescue service.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• You have training as a firefighter (minimum GRIB or other training considered equivalent by the employer)
• You have good pedagogical skills and thrive in meetings with people
• You are self-reliant, structured, and communicative
• A B-driver's license is required (C or higher license is meritorious)

About the employment

Number of positions: 1

Start date: According to agreement

Salary range for the position (salary setting 2026): Minimum 31,800 SEK/month, Maximum 34,100 SEK/month. The salary is influenced by experience and knowledge.
