Swimming Instructor for Actic Friskvågen in Varberg

We are now looking for pedagogical and positive swimming instructors for our swimming schools at Actic Friskvågen.

Working hours: Evenings and weekends

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and conduct swimming lessons
• Work with follow-up and contact with parents
• Spread joy and energy to the children and get them to enjoy themselves in the group and in the water
• Work closely with other swimming instructors and the team at the facility to create the best possible customer experience

Our focus and goal with our swimming activities is to teach children good water habits, teach the building blocks for becoming swim competent and feeling safe in the water. We then gradually move forward to get a good start in swimming and technique in the different swimming strokes. We want the children to look forward to the next swimming session, and therefore our key words are: Playfulness and joy of moving in water!

To succeed in the role:

• You must be 18 years or older
• You are confident in the water and have good swimming skills
• You have the possibility to work weekends
• It is meritorious if you have worked with children before
• It is meritorious if you are a trained swimming instructor

A swimming test will be conducted prior to employment, and we will ask the final candidate to provide an extract from the criminal record register.
