Do you want a flexible job in a wonderful environment? We are currently looking for a Pool and Wellness Host who loves taking care of our members, visitors, and our facility.

We have a broad operation including a swimming pool, gym, and group training both on land and in the water. As a Pool and Wellness Host at Medley, you will experience a highly varied job. No two days are alike; you will work in reception and the café, perform lifeguarding duties, teach swimming, ensure cleanliness and tidiness, and greet our customers in the best possible way in all roles. We are now looking for you who love providing friendly service and high-quality customer care. Putting the customer first feels completely natural to you. As a Pool and Wellness Host, you have a welcoming demeanor, an eye for order and tidiness, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere among both customers and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who:

Cares about your members' health and works together with your colleagues to provide them with the support and inspiration they need to succeed in their training. This is especially true through Medley's product "The Training Journey," which gives new members the start to their membership they need.

It is an advantage if you are a certified swimming instructor and/or water aerobics instructor, and if you have previous experience from fitness operations such as swimming pools, gyms, or group training, as well as previous work experience in service & customer care and/or sales.

Our values are important to us, and we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You must be able to perform the gold lifebuoy test at the facility, and a certificate must be presented at the interview.

Information about the position:

• Permanent position with a 6-month probation period

• Work time: 75%

• Start date: 2026-08-01

The position includes evening and weekend work. As part of the recruitment process, we request an extract from the police criminal record. We have a collective agreement and are affiliated with Almega Service Companies.
