Do you want to contribute to a more sustainable society and help both individuals and businesses reduce their energy consumption? We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented energy and climate advisor who wants to help develop our work in Halmstad, Laholm, Hylte, and Falkenberg!

As an energy and climate advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and create meaningful change for the environment. By spreading knowledge to individuals, associations, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, you contribute to reducing energy consumption and climate impact.

Your responsibilities

As an energy and climate advisor, you combine advisory services, project administration, reporting, marketing, and outward-facing activities. You work with varied issues such as solar cells, heat pumps, electric vehicle charging, mobility, and various heating systems. You provide independent and qualified advice.

In a later stage, it may become relevant to combine the position with environmental supervision.

The work includes:

• Providing energy advice via phone, email, digital meetings, and site visits.
• Conducting thermography and energy audits.
• Participating in fairs, lectures, and other outward-facing events and activities.
• Marketing the advisory service through mailings, advertisements, and informational materials.
• Participating in various regional and national networks to improve and develop the advisory service.
• If supervision becomes relevant, the role also includes conducting inspections, writing inspection reports, making authority decisions, and formulating orders and prohibitions.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree, preferably within the energy or climate field. Other educational backgrounds combined with work experience from energy, environmental, or sustainability work may also be relevant.

You have a genuine interest and commitment to energy, environmental, and climate issues and want to contribute to more sustainable development.

Since the position involves travel between different locations, a valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Previous experience in project management, work with energy and climate issues, environmental supervision, or other authority work is meritorious.

To thrive in the role, you need good communication and pedagogical skills. You should have the desire to provide good service. You enjoy collaborating with others – while being self-reliant and taking initiative.
