We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager for a role within power contracting. This role is ideal for you if you have extensive experience driving contracting projects in the power sector and thrive with overall responsibility for both economics, execution, and customer dialogue.

About the Role

You will work in a rapidly growing business where the power contracting division is expanding in both scope and complexity. Projects range from smaller power installations to larger total and execution contracts within the power sector, with high demands for safety, coordination, documentation, and quality.

This is a key role for the business's continued development and profitable growth. The role requires you to work proactively, structurally, and commercially, with full ownership of your projects.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for power contracting projects from contract to final settlement
• Be responsible for the project's economics, including results, forecasts, follow-up, and EOT (Extension of Time) management
• Plan, lead, and prioritize resources, activities, and deliveries
• Ensure that projects are conducted according to contracts, documents, laws, and regulations
• Interpret documents and represent the project in dialogue with customers and consultants
• Lead project meetings and act as the customer's primary contact
• Ensure good working environment, safety, and quality in projects
• Coordinate internal and external parties for efficient execution
• Document status, economics, risks, and decisions in a structured and traceable manner

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of documented experience in project management within power contracting, power, installation, or related contracting activities
• Strong economic understanding and experience working with budgets, forecasts, and follow-ups
• Ability to lead people without formal personnel responsibility
• Good experience working with contracts, documents, and change management
• Very good communication and social skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills and a structured work approach

• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Stockholm
• Travel within Sweden may occur
