The HR department consists of an HR Manager, HR Administrator, HR Generalist, two HR Specialists, and an Occupational Health and Safety Engineer. Together, we form the authority's HR function and provide support to managers and employees regarding employer issues, competence supply, occupational health and safety, and organizational development.

Do you want to contribute to developing our operations through strategic and business-oriented HR work? We are now looking for an HR Specialist who wants to lead and develop issues related to competence supply, labor law, and cooperation.

Your future responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for driving and developing work within competence supply, labor law, and cooperation. You work both strategically and operationally to ensure that the organization has the right competence, today and in the future.

You also have a business-oriented HR support assignment towards one or more departments and act as a qualified support to managers in various HR matters. In this role, you have many contact points and collaborate closely with managers, employees, and trade union organizations.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

  • conducting competence analyses and competence mapping

  • developing processes and methods within the competence supply area
  • being responsible for and developing forms of cooperation together with trade union organizations
  • planning, preparing, and coordinating issues within the cooperation council
  • working with labor law issues and providing support to the entire authority, including the HR team
  • providing qualified support to managers in HR-related matters
  • contributing to the development of the HR function's methods and processes
  • supporting the organization in matters related to the state agreement area

The HR function is in a development phase where business-oriented HR support is gradually being developed and strengthened, giving you the opportunity to combine a clear specialist responsibility with developing future HR support in the organization. You will work closely with your colleagues within HR.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

  • an academic education in HR, personnel science, or other education that the employer considers equivalent
  • experience in qualified HR work
  • experience in strategic work with competence supply
  • experience in cooperation with trade union organizations
  • good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish

Great importance is attached to personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you are a person who takes responsibility for your issues and drives the work forward in a structured manner. You have good analytical skills and can immerse yourself in large amounts of information, identify needs, and translate them into concrete proposals and solutions.

You collaborate well with others, build trusting relationships, and have the ability to create dialogue between different interests and perspectives. At the same time, you are confident in your profession and can independently prepare, drive, and follow up on issues within your area of responsibility.

Meritorious

It is meritorious if you have:

  • experience from state or other public operations
  • experience of working within the state agreement area
  • experience of developing processes, methods, or governing HR structures
