RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in English for grades 7-9.

Your teaching is based on planning, implementation, assessment, and development. The position also includes mentorship together with one or more colleagues in the work team. You will join a dedicated and development-oriented work team that works for the development and well-being of all students.

You are a flexible person who has the ability to see opportunities in changes. You take initiative and start activities to achieve results. You are creative and often come up with ideas and new approaches to work-related issues. You are a pedagogical leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills and understanding of people's different prerequisites for absorbing knowledge. You are expected to be able to collaborate with the entire school staff as well as have good cooperation between home and school.

The position also includes mentorship.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• are a certified primary school teacher in English for grades 7-9.
• are well acquainted with the school's steering documents.
• are engaged, clear, and have good communication skills.
• have a clear pedagogical leadership style and work for good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• see every student's needs and take into account their individual prerequisites.
• like challenges.
• are confident and secure in working with digital tools.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Type of employment: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, Start date: 2026-09-01 Or by agreement.
