This position involves teaching music at three different school units: Fridlevstadskolan, Tvingskolan, and Holmsjö skola. The schedule is arranged so that you work full days at each school. The assignment as a music teacher corresponds to approximately 60% of full-time, i.e., three days a week. Karlskrona Municipality offers its employees full-time as the norm, meaning you will be offered a full-time employment contract. You can choose to work only 60% or take on other tasks at our schools up to full-time.

Job Responsibilities

As a teacher with us, your primary responsibility is teaching music. It is an advantage if you also have qualifications to teach other subjects in grades F–6. We encourage you to apply even if you do not yet have a teaching license and qualification as a music teacher, provided you are skilled in music and interested in children and learning.

You plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum, and actively contribute to students' knowledge development and joy of learning.

Qualifications

• Licensed primary school teacher with qualifications in music.
• Competence or qualifications in music is an advantage.
• Good pedagogical skills and an inclusive approach.
