The Role

We work with various types of construction projects at the VroPreem industry site in Lysekil. Here, we perform maintenance work as well as projects on both large and small scales, and to some extent, new production. The role involves concrete-related tasks; formwork, reinforcement, and pouring, where larger and smaller concrete works and concrete repairs are performed. The position is full-time with a start in autumn 2026.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in your trade. Experience from the industry is positive but not a requirement. We are simply looking for someone who is skilled in their trade and who is careful and responsible. You should also have good judgment and safety awareness as you will be working in a hazardous environment. At our company, you will work both independently and in a team, and we would like you to be a positive and solution-oriented person who contributes to good team morale. Since the work takes place at a fixed operational site, we are primarily looking for staff who live in the local area or have a reasonable commuting distance.

Requirements for the position:

• At least three years of experience as a concrete worker
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, able to communicate and understand others

Merits:

• Vocational certificate as a concrete worker
• Previous experience from the industry
