At the Agency, caseworkers work within the framework of the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS), and social psychiatry. There is also a planning team tasked with planning for patients' return home from healthcare. Additionally, the agency employs family strategists, family consultants, social responsibility coordinators, suicide prevention coordinators, housing coordinators, administrators, and project managers for SoL.

Responsibilities
The work involves investigation, assessment of needs regarding entitlement to interventions, and decision-making according to the Act on Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). Case handling under the Social Services Act (SoL) is also included. LSS caseworkers make decisions based on delegation from the Care Committee.
You will be part of a group with several colleagues. We value good collaboration and opportunities for knowledge exchange. There is close contact with supervisors, and we are currently planning a development trip where we will focus on the quality of the meeting between the care recipient and the Agency within the Care Administration, trust, and how we position the Agency's function in the continued development with the new Social Services Act and the introduction of "Close Care" (Nära vård).
To help you succeed in your role as an LSS caseworker with us, you will receive an introduction tailored to your prerequisites. Our ambition is to provide you with the support you need in your assignment. As additional support, you will always have access to the unit manager and other colleagues. As an LSS caseworker, you will also have supervision from a lawyer.
Our Offer
A fixed-term position, with a high possibility of extension, on a full-time basis, with immediate start or as agreed. The work is during daytime hours. We have a flexible agreement. In consultation with the manager, there is an opportunity for remote work. Your workplace will be the Agency within the Care Administration, located at the Garnisonen area, Kanslihusvägen 6 in Hässleholm.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or have completed the Social Care Program. You have good knowledge of current legislation and experience from similar work.
You are secure, stable, and easy to collaborate with. The work with us takes place both independently and in teams. Since we meet many people in our work, we also look for someone who is professional in their approach. You have the ability to see the big picture and contribute to good collaboration with others.
As the work involves a lot of documentation, we see that you have good computer skills, as well as good knowledge of the Swedish language and can express yourself well both orally and in writing. Documentation knowledge in LifeCare is considered an advantage.
A B-driver's license for a car with manual transmission is a requirement.
