Karlskrona Municipality is undergoing a clear shift – from traditional IT operations to a more strategic and proactive digitalization engine. We are now looking for a System Engineer within Microsoft 365 who wants to help build, develop, and secure one of the region's largest M365 environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a System Engineer with us, you work both operationally and developmentally with the Microsoft 365 platform. You ensure a stable, secure, and efficient digital workplace while driving improvements and new solutions.

You are part of a team with high competence and great engagement, where we share knowledge and develop together. Here, you get the opportunity to make a real impact.

Your main responsibilities:

• Administration and further development of Microsoft 365 services
• Technical administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the platform
• Automation and efficiency improvements using PowerShell and Power Platform, etc.
• Participation in projects, implementations, and further development of new features
• Close collaboration with business units to create utility and value
• Contribute to security, structure, and governance within M365
• System engineering work regarding other on-prem/SaaS services as part of a team responsible for the municipality's overall IT environment

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have several years of experience working as a System Engineer or in a similar role.

You must also have practical experience administering Microsoft 365 for at least a couple of years, have experience with Microsoft 365, and wish to continue developing within this area.

You have good knowledge in several of the following:

• SharePoint Online
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Microsoft Copilot
• Microsoft Purview
• PowerShell
• Windows Server
• IIS
• SQL
