About the role

Bravida is now seeking a Quality Manager for Electrical to join their projects at EcoDataCenter in Borlänge/Falun. The role is production-oriented with a focus on the quality of electrical installations carried out on-site. The main focus is on establishing, developing, and following up on self-inspections, as well as ensuring that the work on-site meets the required standards.

You will work broadly with quality assurance in projects – from inspections of installations, materials, and equipment to follow-up before commissioning and completion. The role also involves responsibility for documentation, deviation management, and coordination between different parties to ensure that quality assurance is followed throughout.

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for and developing self-inspections within electrical installations

• Follow up and ensure quality in completed installation work

• Conduct internal inspections and pre-inspections

• Work closely with the project team, production, and site management

• Identify deviations and drive improvement measures

• Support the organization with quality issues and working methods

• Collaborate with project managers, commissioning teams, and other support functions

About you

We are looking for someone who is structured and meticulous, with a strong focus on quality in everything you do. You are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different functions in the project, while also being confident in setting requirements when needed. You work proactively, take initiative, and have a natural drive to improve working methods and ensure high quality.

Formal requirements

• Education in electrical engineering, e.g., from upper secondary school, vocational college (YH), or university

• Extensive experience with electrical installations on-site in project and production environments

• Experience with self-inspections and quality assurance of installations

• Knowledge of energization procedures

• Knowledge of ESA (Electrical Safety Assessment)

• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Qualifications that are a plus

• Experience from roles such as project manager, service manager, or contracting engineer

• Background as a leading technician or experience driving electrical projects

• Experience with internal inspections or working as an inspector

• Experience in developing and optimizing self-inspections

• Experience with relay protection testing (low and high voltage)

• Experience with Dalux or similar systems
