Welcome to Capio Primary Care Centre Broby and Borrby – two smaller health centres with big hearts, close collaboration, and a strong team spirit.
Here, dedicated teams of approximately 20 employees at each centre work together to provide safe and accessible care to our registered patients. Our operations are characterized by proximity, involvement, and a work climate where we help each other and work closely together across professional boundaries.
Both Broby and Borrby offer the opportunity to work close to patients and with the full spectrum of primary care. At the same time, the environments differ slightly – Broby is close to forests and nature in northern Scania, while Borrby is located in the midst of the beautiful nature of Österlen. Whichever location suits you best, you will find a workplace where you can combine meaningful work with quality of life.
In Borrby, new modern premises are also awaiting you in the coming years, offering the opportunity to help develop the primary care centre of the future together with your colleagues.
What many appreciate about us is the feeling of truly being part of the operation. Decision-making paths are short, leadership is present, and there is great opportunity to influence both work methods and daily life. We believe in freedom under responsibility and want to create a work environment where people both develop and thrive.
Are you looking for a job together with a colleague, partner, or friend? Perfect! We are looking for several specialists and welcome applications from those who wish to continue working together.
Your RoleWe are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine and wish to work broadly within primary care in an operation where patient focus, continuity, and teamwork are at the center.
Here, you will have the opportunity to work with the full spectrum of general medicine and build long-term relationships with your patients. The role is characterized by rural medicine, where you get to follow patients over time and work with both acute and chronic conditions in close collaboration with other professions. This provides a varied and stimulating daily life where you truly get to use your entire competence.
We work in teams together with, among others, nurses, nursing assistants, rehab coordinators, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychosocial resources. Through joint rounds, joint assessments, and close collaboration, we help each other create a holistic perspective on the patient and provide secure support even in complex cases.
For those who wish to develop special areas of interest, there is also the opportunity to work with, for example, Child Health Services (BVC), home care, supervision of resident doctors or students, operational development, or MAL assignments.
Documentation is done in the PMO medical record system, and we use the AI tool Tandem as support in administration.
We would like to know – how do you want it to be? Together, we try to create a workday that works for both the operation and for you. There is an opportunity to influence the schedule and work from home on certain days.
What We Offer YouHere, you get more than just a job – you get a workplace where you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and feel involved.
We offer a warm and inclusive work environment where there is room for laughter, support, and collegial help in everyday life. At the same time, there is security in being part of Capio, with access to networks, experience sharing, and competence development both internally and externally.
We offer competitive salaries and the possibility of a rural area supplement for these two operations.
About YouWe are looking for you who are a specialist in general medicine with a Swedish medical license and who wish to work long-term within primary care.
You are confident in your medical assessments and thrive in a daily life where the work varies. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you appreciate working close to both colleagues and patients. At the same time, you have the ability to work independently, prioritize, and make decisions even when the pace changes.
We also believe that you are a person who contributes to a good atmosphere at the workplace and who appreciates being part of a team where people help each other.
Experience of working at a primary care centre, Child Health Services, home care, or supervision is meritorious but not a requirement.
ApplicationInterviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline, so do not wait with your application.
In connection with employment, a background check and extract from the criminal record may be requested.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Final application date: 2026-08-31
